What does it mean to have a guardian appointed for your children? When is a guardianship necessary? How is a guardian appointed? This video helps you understand why you may need to consider making arrangements for your family.

A guardianship appointment is a big responsibility. In fact, the court-appointed guardian is the child's legal representative to the all. This video addresses things to consider when thinking about the person you may want to be appointed your children's guardian, if it became necessary.
